16 September 2011: IRS announced today that Endeavor Systems has been awarded a Prime Contract on the Total Information Processing Support Services IV (TIPSS IV) vehicle.  A 10 year, $2 billion contract, Endeavor is one of eight small businesses to earn a coveted spot on the TIPSS-4 small business vehicle.

An IRS vehicle open to all Treasury offices, TIPSS-4 is designed to meet all conceivable IRS IT service requirements for the next decade.  It is a follow-on to the enormously successfully TIPSS-3 vehicle, which played a key role in driving IRS's successful modernization efforts.  Updated to meet the challenges of the next decade, including a renewed focus on cyber security, TIPSS-4 will ensure IRS's uninterrupted access to the best possible IT and security personnel.
