
Endeavor Systems offers a set of comprehensive benefits to its employees, including:
Paid Time Off
Endeavor Systems' full-time employees are eligible to accrue
three weeks (120 hours) of paid time off. Employees may
use this time at their discretion to accommodate vacation
plans, illness, personal events, etc. Any unused paid
time off at the close of each year is paid out to employees
at their regular hourly rate.
Holidays
Endeavor Systems offers ten paid holidays in addition to
paid time off. Company holidays include: New Years Day,
Martin Luther King's Birthday, President's Day, Memorial
Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's
Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Tuition Assistance
Endeavor Systems recognizes the value of, and encourages
our employees to take part in, continuing education.
To support our staff in this endeavor, tuition assistance
is available for all undergraduate and graduate level
courses, as well as professional certification exams.
Employees may be reimbursed up to $2,000 per year for
qualified education.
Medical
Endeavor Systems offers employees health insurance through
selected health care providers. Endeavor Systems pays
80 percent of employee insurance premiums, and 60 percent
for dependents. Employees who elect not to participate
in Endeavor System's medical program will be compensated
in the amount of $40 per month.
Life Insurance
Endeavor Systems provides term life insurance through selected
providers at no cost to employees. The maximum insurance
benefit is $50,000.
